Admirers lined up outside Roy Thomson Hall for hours and almost toppled steel barriers jostling for a glimpse of Bollywood icons Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, as well as director Karan Johar, as they strolled the red carpet earlier this week. Their film, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (Never Say Goodbye), which had the biggest box-office opening in Bollywood history — was also the first such movie to have a gala screening at TIFF. more
